Hardware Engineering
From where the signal starts.
We design sensors, circuits, PCBs and embedded firmware ourselves. One team takes it from prototype through mass production and certification.
Design to production, done in-house.
The engineer who draws the circuit stays with it through firmware and production. The owner doesn't change from one stage to the next.
Circuit & PCB design
Sensor interfaces, power and communication circuits. We also lay out multilayer PCBs and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe.
Embedded OS & firmware
We build embedded Linux OS images tailored to the device and write the device firmware ourselves, validating both together with the hardware.
Prototype, production & certification
We build and validate prototypes, then move into production. Schematics, BOM and manuals are delivered with the product, and we support KC, CE and EMC certification. After launch, we keep improving the PCB and handle follow-on production runs.
A team that designs hardware knows how to take it apart.
For security reviews and analysis, we examine devices down to the hardware level, including devices that come with no documentation.
PCB & circuit analysis
Trace components and routing to reconstruct the circuit and understand the design intent.
Firmware analysis
Extract and analyze firmware to understand behavior and find security weaknesses.
Network analysis
Capture the traffic a device sends and receives and analyze its protocols.
Reverse engineering
Combine the findings into a full picture of the device, then document the weaknesses found and how to fix them.
Proven by hardware in the field.
Power metering, marine instrumentation, lighting control, industrial IoT devices and more. We've designed and mass-produced hardware across many domains.
We cover the other stretches too.
