Alpaon LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") processes personal information for the following purposes:

  • External communication: Service/company information, proposal and partnership-related contact
  • Recruitment process operation (when applicable): Applicant identification, process management, result notification
  • Website security and operation: Access log management, service stability, prevention of unauthorized use

2. Personal Information Items Processed

  • Inquiries/consultations: Name, email, contact number, affiliation/position (optional), inquiry content
  • Recruitment (when applicable): Name, email/contact, information stated in resume and portfolio
  • Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, browser/OS information, access time, visit history (for security and statistics)

3. Collection Methods

  • Website inquiry forms, email/phone, submission of recruitment documents
  • Automatically generated and collected during service use (cookies/logs, etc.)

4. Retention and Use Period

Inquiry and consultation records
Retained for up to 3 years from the date of completion, then destroyed without delay (for dispute resolution purposes)

Retained for 6 months after completion of the process, then destroyed (can be extended with additional consent)

5. Third-Party Provision

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. However, it may be provided only with the consent of the data subject or when there is a legal basis.

6. Outsourcing & Overseas Transfer

For usage analytics and service improvement, the Company outsources part of its personal information processing as below. Because these providers' servers are located overseas, personal information is transferred abroad.

7. Rights of Data Subjects and Exercise Methods

Data subjects can exercise the following rights with the Company:

  • Request suspension of personal information processing
  • Withdrawal of consent and objection to collection and use

Exercise method: Apply in writing, by email (support@alpaon.com), etc., and we will take action without delay. Exercise through a representative is also possible.

8. Use and Refusal of Cookies

The Company may use cookies to improve services and enhance security. Users can refuse cookie storage or delete them through browser settings.

9. Security Measures

  • Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, employee training
  • Technical measures: Access authority management, access control, encryption, security program application
  • Physical measures: Access control to server rooms and data storage areas

10. Destruction of Personal Information

Destroyed without delay when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved.

  • Destruction procedure: Internal review and destruction when destruction reasons occur
  • Destruction method: Electronic files are permanently deleted using technically irreversible methods, printed materials are shredded or incinerated

11. Personal Information of Children Under 14

The Company does not provide services to children under 14 years old and does not intentionally collect personal information of such children.

13. Remedy for Rights Infringement

If you need remedy or consultation for damage caused by personal information infringement, you can contact relevant agencies or supervisory authorities. The Company will sincerely cooperate in dispute resolution.

14. Notice and Effective Date

This Privacy Policy may be changed, and in case of significant changes, notice will be provided through the website announcement at least 7 days before implementation.
